Manish Shah is the MD & CEO of Godrej Capital and has been leading the business since its inception in 2019. With over 25 years of experience spanning retail financial services, Manish brings expertise across secured and unsecured lending, credit cards, wealth management and life insurance. He has held leadership positions at BoB Financial, Citi India, CitiMortgage US, AEGON and Bank of Baroda. He also co-founded a robo-advisory start-up later acquired by News Corp, marking one of India’s early fintechs exits to a global organisation. Manish holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a bachelor’s degree from Mumbai University.
